They enjoy spending time at their cabin where they love to boat on the lake, hike, snowmobile, and entertain friends and family. She enjoys traveling, boating in the San Juans, crabbing with their friends, cooking, and is an avid reader.

Kelly and her team oversaw every step of the process, including land-platting, design, construction, and placement of new homeowners. Defying the odds, Kelly singlehandedly sold every available home in Trombley Ridge in a record 10 months!

This transaction was a testament to Kelly's patience and perseverance. After being told by her new Buyer that there were just a "few" non-negotiable requirements for their new home, Kelly got right to it and began scouring the area for a match. The buyer needed a large home in a specific neighborhood, there had to be an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) for elderly parents, a large outdoor living space, and the front door had to face a specific direction. These must-have's proved to be quite the challenge, but after 7 months of everyday searching, Kelly finally located the perfect home, ticking every single box on the list.

Almost everyone loves a great view. But more often than not, in order to get one, there's nowhere to go but up. This beautiful home posed quite the challenge to many potential buyers for this very reason: it was located on a very steep incline. After pulling out all of the stops to get it market ready, Kelly created unique incentives to attract the perfect buyer, including a higher than average commission for the selling agent! Luckily, all of her efforts paid off, and Kelly was able to present her Sellers with an offer that was 99% of the original list list price ($1,000,000) in only 30 days.
